Internship Description:
We are looking for a passionate and eager Distillery Intern to join our team. This internship in Japan offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the distillation process, from production to quality control, and to learn about the operations of a globally recognized distillery.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the distillation process, including fermentation, distillation, and ageing
• Support quality control measures to ensure product excellence
• Participate in the bottling and packaging processes
• Conduct research on new distillation techniques and product development
• Assist in the organization of tours and tastings for visitors
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the distillery

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in food science, chemistry, or a related field
• Strong interest in the distillation process and the beverage industry
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
• Must be 20 years or older due to Japan's law
