All necessary preparations such as your housing will be arranged before you arrive in Japan. We'll meet with you at the Zentern office for an insightful orientation and guide you to your internship on your first day. Enjoy on-ground support and cultural experiences throughout your stay!
Application Fee
The $550 application fee secures your spot in the program and officially activates your application.
Program Fee
Your program fee is divided into 2 payments:
1. The first half is due once your interview has been confirmed.
2. The second half is due after your internship is secured.

Your documents will be revised by our career consultants who have over 10+ years of experience. You'll be in good hands as we help you brush up your documents which can be used for future job applications as well.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to discuss further internship preferences with us and we will dive into more details.
You will be matched with an internship company in Japan that fits with your preferences and career goals. You will be invited for a mock interview and will get to know everything about the company before your official interview.

Congratulations; you're coming to Japan! Your internship in Japan has been confirmed and we can now start preparing for your arrival. We aim to confirm your internship at least one month or more prior to your preferred starting date.
During this step, your program fee will be invoiced and must be paid within 7 days. After we have received your payment, we will start wit your housing and arrival arrangements.
